We have been working with 90 Works for the past several months with a few of our tenants. The reason I am writing is because we have been working with Case Managers on this, and I can't say enough good things about them. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. They are very professional, always returns my calls and emails, and always goes out of they way to help.
I wanted to reach out as a HUDVASH Case manager to let you know about the exceptional services and work your case managers provides to the Veterans she and I share jointly. We have worked together now for about a year housing and serving our Veterans in the Dublin VA and surrounding rural areas. She has been very responsive whenever I call to assist our Veterans and she is an excellent team player. I personally have seen her go above and beyond to not only assist our Veterans but to make sure the landlords and the motel managers are provided the support and customer service to maintain those very important relationships.
